I had appointment with dr Louis when I arrived at the office they told me the doctor is not here so no one called before to let me know and I was waiting for this appointment 3 months I don’t recommend this office and staff
I have been coming to Dr Louis for years. The staff is absolutely wonderful and Dr Louis is always there and getting you in for an emergency. He even visits you when you're in the hospital. He cares about his people and does everything he can do to make sure you are taking care of in a timely manner. I would not trade him for anybody in the field.
Very friendly office staff. Dr Sudad took the time with me to explain things which I very much appreciate. He was very detailed and easy to understand.
For starters, I waited for an hour to get my EMG done. When I mentioned it and suggested that perhaps they were short-staffed, instead of apologizing, Dr. Sudad insisted that they were well-staffed and blustered through some kind of reason justifying the wait. So he was more interested in saving face than recognizing that a patient had to spend so much of their time waiting for him. Strike ONE. And then came the actual testing.
