I was told to go to her walk in clinic as it is a partner with my family doctor. I happened to still be a patient of hers from years ago. She deletes me as her patient while I am waiting and then I am told the system won't put me in for an appointment. Lets say this again. Instead of booking me into the walk in clinic as her patient which I still was she deletes me and then the system won't let me in so I am sent away. A doctor sending sick people away for her mistake. She's been my family doctor since I was 6 years old and I've never once had a problem with her. Good bedside care, listens, addresses concerns, very knowledgeable and experienced. She's now my husband's doctor and the doctor for our two girls.
Dr. Mensinkai is a fine doctor. The receptionist answering the phones are very unkind and unprofessional.
I have been a patient of Dr. Mensinkai for more than a decade. Words cannot express how seen and validate I feel and how seriously all my concerns are taken. The office itself is well run and the staff are committed to empathy and respect of both patients and themselves.
