The very beautiful staff and Dr. S are the best rheumatologist ever, the office is always so bright and clean.
Dr. Shanmugam is one of the best doctors I have had. Caring, compassionate, extremely competent, exudes confidence. Highly recommend her without reservation.
I must say that I am extremely disturbed by the staff at this office! They are the rudest so called professionals I've ever encountered! I became very ill due to COPD and missed an appointment so they charged me $25 ..Who can afford that living on social security?! Things happen sometimes but to charge $25..So as I was rescheduling my appointment I said to my friend that it was ridiculous the rude woman on the phone started to argue with me telling me I'm ridiculous !!?! Always professional and caring!
Worst experience ever! Everything from the office staff to the doctor herself was awful. The secretaries are rude and unprofessional. Especially Sue. (The one who scheduled appointments!). The doctor has such limited hours and clearly has no bed side manor. All they seem to care about is your $$ and then they act like they are doing you a favor by seeing you. What a joke! I would not recommend PMA to my worst enemy!
