After 15 years as a patient, I was denied my annual exam because the clinic filed a 2023 claim late. Staff laughed at me when I objected. I’ve filed complaints with the Texas Medical Board and Department of Insurance. If you value professionalism, avoid this office
I had a stroke in January, 2024 at 47 because I didn’t go to doctors. Now I have to go to doc and found Dr Narayanan in February and she is awesome. Very thorough and she really cares and takes the time.
This is my mother’s old doctor and she dismissed every legitimate concern she had causing her problems today. I say that because the doctor she has now said that if her problems were caught and taken seriously sooner her problems wouldn’t have worsened; this doctor let these things go when she shouldn’t have. In fact, her new doctor took himself off her referral list! wish my mom left her sooner.
