We feel Willes did an inadequate job of overseeing our Mother's health in the Franklin Square ICU. Willes did not provide us with complete daily updates on our Mother's health. We had to constanly track him down for any update. He lacked compassion on many instances when I questioned about my Mother's health. And was very uninformed about our Mother's overall health.
