My brother died and this MD, Dr. Stuart Newmark), has not gotten the paperwork filled out correctly for my brother to be cremated. He died 2/6/2024 and today is 4/8/2024. I have been working with his office manager, the Morturary, the Holy Cross hospital, Dept. of Health, Crematorium staffs and it still is not done correctly. Thinking legal action maybe necessary to get this resolved. The family needs to grieve not this!!!
