Awful..legit the worst experience I’ve ever had. Does NOT listen to patients..does NOT at all know what he’s doing.
Dr. Silverman was not at all like the other reviews mentioned. He immediately was concerned about the issues I mentioned and centered the appointment around what I was most worried about. He listened to me and was very validating of the issues I was experiencing, and also mentioned potential referrals should my issues turn out to not be neurological. He did a pretty thorough assessment, and his bedside manner was great. I definitely felt like he was listening to me and wanted to help. Everyone in the Waterworks office was ve... read more
There's a reason you're able to get an appointment with him fairly fast. Find someone else. I explained my symptoms which I felt are partially related to COVID but was still hoping to get some answers. He said "I'm not a COVID doctor." Considering we are still going through a pandemic, he better be more open-minded about the effects of COVID on the brain. He was rude and cut me off multiple times. He ordered tests not even related to my symptoms. Note to self-read online reviews before scheduling, no matter how desperate you... read more
My experience with Dr. Silverman was the worst medical experience I have ever had. Please do not see this doctor. And based on the reviews here, he should not be practicing.
Literally the worst dr appointment I have ever had. He is flippant and condescending. His progress notes after my visit were full of untruths, things I never said and total disregard for things I did say. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
If I could give him zero stars I would as that is what he deserves. Terrible bedside manner and a total jerk. He didn't even look at me when he talked, he talked to his attending about me. It was disgusting. When someone is already feeling worried and freaked out you don't treat them even worst. I would rather go anywhere else than to see this man again. He is just rude. I hope he reads his own reviews and maybe he will realize how he is treating people.
unfulfilling....I saw him once in his office. He barely looked at me or listened to my medical issues. He ordered one test (emg), and some bloodwork. After that, I never heard from him again! His assistant finally emailed me after trying to reach him on several occasions. She told me to go "see a rheumatologist". No reason or explanation. That was it! No diagnosis! No treatment! Nothing!
quite simply....had another doctor treated Dr. Silverman's wife, mother, or daughter the way he treated my wife, he would have been outraged. His bedside manner was so ignorant, it was insulting. My wife was seen July 5th. Today is August 6th and neither he or his staff has bothered to call us to give us the results to my wife's testing, which was done within 10 days after seeing him. Run, do not walk, away from this doctor. Take your business and your money elsewhere.
