Poor communication. Wrote the dates for the surgery down incorrectly. Didn't ask the insurance company for approval in time for the surgery then ask for us to reschedule. Blue Cross went out of their way to get the approval but Ginn wouldn't stay to confirm. Really! As a parent with apprehension about my child having surgery in the first place, I would expect the surgeon and staff to make me feel like this isn't their first time.
Dr. Ginn reviewed my CT scans in advance of my appt. He thoroughly explained the test results and expectations for healing of my injuries. He answered all my questions before I even asked them. He has a great personality and is easy to talk too. I would highly recommend Dr. Ginn to anyone in need of an ENT doctor.
