Very personable and extremely generous with his time. Being that I'm not a patient of Dr. Silverman's, I did have a few questions regarding an academic paper he wrote a number of years ago. I then left a message for him regarding my concerns and a few days later he personally called me back after he had finished work at Brigham (Not common here in NYC if you're not a patient of a doctor...).
