My mother has been a patient of Dr. Jacobson’s for 15 years but we finally had to change to another cardiologist. For about 2 years now the office has not returned our phone calls regarding her care. Questions regarding problems that have arisen as well as questions about changes in medication have gone completely unanswered. Should not have to repeatedly call and send e-mails and contact the practice manager constantly.
Very long time patient as is my husband of Dr Jacobson. We both think highly of Dr's care or we would not still be patients of his. However the one star and probably should be no stars is to his staff. I have and stay in a-fib, therefore on blood thinners. For the last few years to get anyone (nurse) to call back is next to impossible. I failed to receive call due to my Protime results (INR) being extremely high as to how to get back within range. Impossible to get ahold of this office for anything. Completely unacceptable in this age of technically advancements..
