Dr Walkup started out absolutely amazing. He took the time to listen to you, which is rare to find in a doctor. Seen him for a couple of months and then I started seeing his PA Jennifer, who seemed helpful. I came down with COVID and git over it within a week. But had a bad sinus infection. Called to get a Z pack because that's all that helps with my sinus infections and the nurse who answered decided to tell me it doesn't help with COVID. And wouldn't listen to me. A week later I called AGAIN letting her know test negative ... read more
