Location is not safe and there are no cameras. Batteries and other electrical components were cut and removed. Owner was notified of other break-ins and acts of theft and vandalism. He did not notify the other renters. Just left us to find out about the theft and vandalism on the eve of a family vacation. No assistance was offered by the owner. When I reported to the police I was very disheartened to hear that I was not the first report. Stay away from this business unless you want to replace all of your personal belongings.
Owner is nice, and storage was affordable, but unfortunately you get what you pay for - our camper got broken into twice between January-April 2023. This facility was convenient for us, and we were bummed to have to move our camper. If this storage facility installed cameras or had added security, we’d be happy to keep our camper there!
