One of his comments was that veterans are always wanting something for free. Just like anyone else on government assistance. All this disrespect and rudeness was in front of my 10 year old grandson. Dr. Chang is a first class medical professional. He listens to patient concerns, does not rush through visits, he knows his area of expertise, and thoroughly explains treatment options. He is very forthright in communicating there are no guarantees in improvement for various options as each patient is different. He genuinely cares and is very logical and practical with treatment plans.
I did shockwave therapy for my Achilles tendinitis 3 sessions paid $450 but with no benefit. A year later still have the pain as before.
