Horrible experience at the clinic. The staff is extremely rude, disrespectful and not willing to help you at all. Jessica at the front desk and the woman that writes referrals gave me such a hard time. Dr. Baroff approved a referral for a doctor that I wanted to see since he was my primary care doctor my ins required a referral for any specialty doctor but the woman who was supposed to forward the referral was not there the day I went to the doctor and later on called saying no Dr. Baroff doesn't write referrals for another ... read more
Dr Baroff is awesome. It's his staff that drains my patience almost every time I call or need a refill. They make you feel like you need to talk faster and rush .once again today 11/19/2024 Sheila forgot to call in my script last week. I call today and horrible attitude like I'm a 5 yr old. No accountability and pure disrespect. I'll be looking for another Dr. Office now because of the staff.
Dr. Baroff and. Staff is the best I have ever had in my life. I am 70. Zero problems ever. I Hope Dr. Baroff does not ever retire.
