After receiving texts saying I would be charged $50 if I no showed or canceled the day of my appointment they canceled on me the morning of my appointment. We rescheduled an appointment for the next day after being reassured another dental assistant would be there. They canceled day of again. I asked the receptionist if that meant Dr. Luo owed me $50 and she said it doesn’t work that way. C ya.

I have been coming to see Dr. Steve for 8 years. He is the best !! Professional and the staff is excellent. I drive 90 minutes to see Dr. Steve. Worth every minute. Excellent

This rating is not for their dentistry work but for their customer service. Trying to get an appointment here as a new patient is virtually impossible. I have written them emails, called them several times, and I have never heard back. I was able to make an appointment one time that I needed to cancel and asked to reschedule, and they never called me back. I’m not impressed. Have you NOT gone to the dentist because of worry of the bill? Yes, me too and I've been fortunate to have insurance for more than 20 years. Either this office has integrity and does fair pricing or the dentistry industry is ripping us all off! It's like the towing business, the costs are varied you can't get a baseline. I've had dentists in La Jolla, Eastlake, Poway, Bonita Southeast, Downtown and this is the first time I did not have financial anxiety.
