Absolutely avoid. Bad Dentist. Staff avoids difficult conversations by not answering phones and other returning voicemails. Great bedside manners. Great to sell on an expensive maintenance plan. Does not care about health, only speed of service and payment method. Dds. Loves to take advantage of medical approvals and "pass the buck off" to anything else that could possible be of blame. Absolutely avoid. Bad Dentist. Office staff only answers thephone if you are a profitable patient. All about profit!! I have cancer, stage 4, and told the dentist, Dr. LUO., THAT I NEED AN ANTIBIOTIC BEFORE DOING DENTAL WORK. Ignored. When I called a week later and told them I thought my tooth was infected, I was directed to make ANOTHER appointment, and then I would be able to get my antibiotic. After receiving texts saying I would be charged $50 if I no showed or canceled the day of my appointment they canceled on me the morning of my appointment. We rescheduled an appointment for the next day after being reassured another dental assistant would be there. They canceled day of again. I asked the receptionist if that meant Dr. Luo owed me $50 and she said it doesn’t work that way. C ya.

I have been coming to see Dr. Steve for 8 years. He is the best !! Professional and the staff is excellent. I drive 90 minutes to see Dr. Steve. Worth every minute. Excellent
