Worst place I have been to, was seen way after my appointment. When seen the eye dr took not even 5 minutes and rushed through. I called ahead and self payed for my appointment. They still tried to bill insurance afterwards…. This establishment regardless who they just got bought by, is a horrible establishment. My entire appointment, I kept getting called the wrong name! Please go somewhere else. I love Emily Holden, but she won’t be back for a while….
I have been taking a family member here for the past 1.5 months. I would not recommend this place. They are very slow. It took 8 hours to be able to go home after a simple 15 min procedures on one eye. We were told we would be in and out in a couple of hours. It took 6 hours for the second eye. After all surgey has been done, we are getting eyes adjusted and had to wait 2.5 hours before getting called back for adjustment on the eyes. We were told that they are short staffed. Stop over scheduling appoints then.
