I have spent the last 4 months being ignored by Dr. Skoch’s billing office while trying to get a refund of $758 that I paid upfront because my Cobra had not become effective yet. My insurance has since gone retro back and has processed the claim but I am getting no response from my phone calls to Dr. Skoch’s billing office or email to his office manager. Dr. Skoch did a great job but because of his unprofessional office staff I would not recommend.
