I just had the most unpleasant conversation trying to make a urgent consultation appointment for my Mom. The indifferent attitude from a scheduler or nurse, Luella, was offputting and concerning. As I did not have Mom's medicaid and medicare cards readily available, she requested to make an upfront payment of a $1000 to book a consultation appointment. Emory, you can do better than Luella!
