The staff on 5 East West Shore UPMC Hospital was phenomenal. I was highly impressed with the housekeeper who perfectly prepared herself to get me two plastic spoons so my neighbor and I could eat or belated supper cake while with my husband Donald.
Very nice Doctor and nurses are fabulous Dr Woratyla is very skilled and great bedside manners
1. The phone number on the Medicare open enrollment page does not connect to an agent. 2. The customer service rep. to get information about the plans was terrible. I have Bob’s POA and I could not get basic/general questions answered. My conclusion is if the company hires and doesn’t train staff to answer questions during open enrollment then the co. can’t be trusted to do anything else with competence. Fortunately, their are other companies who do want my business.
