They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
