Ok, so this guy chargesa $2400 entrance fee for same day, next day and non-rushed appointments. He is a good listener, friendly and a hugger. He is lousy on follow-through, invites you to email him and then fails to respond, his staff seem like maybe they just barely got by with a certificate from ITT Tech, who wouldn't know the meaning of concierge service if it hit them on the head in Saks Fifth Avenue, likely impossible due to the low wahes he must be paying these dimwits. Dr. Bienenfeld is thoughtful and spends a lot of time with his patients. Staff is quick to help.
Dr. Duppstadt dumped most of his patients this past year and ran for the $$. he is now a "concierge" Dr. $1,000.00 to join his practice. $400,000.00 minimum income per year. What ever happened to the oath to be a responsible Doctor and serve others?? He has lost my respect.
Dr. Estock is the most knowledgeable and dedicated physician with a warm and caring manner. I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff.
I am sick and tired of the rudeness, and sarcastic comments made by the front desk. I simply called in for a question today and, yet again not the first time the rude girl at the front was nasty with her answer and even had nerve to laugh at end of her comment. I was calling for a quick 5 second question, no need for her to interject with her "smart" answers. The staff is the reason why most of his patients I speak to are leaving. I like the Dr Bromley, but several on his staff are not good, particularly the supervisor. He needs to find more efficient personnel, since he and the patients rely on them for so much. Sometimes I believe they actually ignore him and the patients and do what they want.
Staff is not service oriented. Office seems to always be disorganized.
