THEY CONTRACT OUT FROM THEIR OFFICE FOR SERVICES SUCH AS ECHO CARDIOGRAMS, AND CHARGE YOU AS THOUGH YOU HAD A PROCEDURE, AS OUTPATIENT. IN THE PAST, THE CO PAY WAS ENOUGH, BECAUSE IT WENT IN AS PART OF THEIR SERVICES. I HAVE CIGNA, AND PAY 40 DOLLARS FOR THE CO PAY.
