Dr. Melcher is listed as accepting new patients through BlueCross, but he does not actually see new patients and instead directs them to a physician assistant. I was scheduled with Dr. Melcher, and my appointment was canceled the day before. When I tried to reschedule, I was told the PA is in a separate office and that I would have to contact them myself.
