I started seeing Steven Melcher in 2013 due to A torn rotator cuff from work. He kept shoving painkillers at me, didnt take care of my shoulder & ignored MRI & Xray reports until A year passed & made it worse. The Orthopedic surgeon said “what was he thinking?”. Be careful if you see him, hes only after your money.
