His office staff have NEVER been nice. Not to me or my husband, especially over the phone...Not for appointments, questions, concerns, or callbacks. It takes days to get an appointment as "He is a busy doctor" according to the appointment setter. He does not make his own call-backs so getting anything accomplished over the phone takes days. Dr. Crow always remembers me and my family (there are 5 of us). He listens well and is progressive with his treatment. We are very happy with Dr. Crow.
Although waiting in the office can sometimes be lengthy, Dr. Crow is very personable. He remembers you and knows what he's talking about. He pays attention when you talk to him and he discusses all aspects of your life, not just the medical side.
Dr. Crow listens carefully to your complaints, is caring and works hard to find solutions.
