My previous doctor abandoned her patients to become a concierge doctor. During a scan with my GP, I was recommended to see my gyn as soon as possible. After calling over 15 different practices this was the only practice that left room for patients to be seen promptly. I found Dr. Lacher to be very professional and knowledgeable. He explained things clearly and concisely. I am very grateful to have found a new doctor.
I would give this doctor and his practice 0 starts if I could. As a first time patient coming in for the first time, I was greeted by EXTREMELY rude and condescending staff. I missed my exit and unfortunately was about 10 minutes late. Upon entering, they essentially told me to “Stop right there, we need to see if he’ll even see you”.
