My daughter had her bottom bar come loose, Kristo built it up so much that her retainer would not fit. She went in multiple times and Kristo wanted to charge us for their mistake. Then they tried selling us a smiles program?? Are you kidding?? After spending over 7,000? I am highly disappointed.

Dr Kristo is the best!!! I still get new retainers made 17 years after I got my braces off. He cares about his patients. My whole family has had their braces by him. He's amazing. We drive very far just to see him.
