My child has chronic health issues as well as autism and sensory processing disorder. She was referred to an orthodontist for a stubborn baby tooth that refused to come out. Other than this, and a small overbite, her teeth were literally perfectly straight. I was still told she needed braces. 5 months prior to getting them on things were vaugly and quickly explained. My daughter had her bottom bar come loose, Kristo built it up so much that her retainer would not fit. She went in multiple times and Kristo wanted to charge us for their mistake. Then they tried selling us a smiles program?? Are you kidding?? After spending over 7,000? I am highly disappointed.
Dr Kristo is the best!!! I still get new retainers made 17 years after I got my braces off. He cares about his patients. My whole family has had their braces by him. He's amazing. We drive very far just to see him.
GREAT EXPERIENCE OUR WHOLE FAMILY WAS TREATED AT KRISTO- MYSELF, SON ,DAUGHTER & 2 GRANDCHILDREN, ALL WITHIN MONTHS OF EACH OTHER. APPTS WERE COORDINATED FOR OUR SCHEDULE AND VERY FLEXIBLE.
