Dr. Ward is kind and caring. He listened to my issues. Looked at my MRI and came up with a plan to treat my pain. He called to check on my progress after the treatment. I would not hesitate to recommend him. I also appreciate his kind staff.
I went to see Dr. Ward for my cervical and thoracic back pain. During the visit, I hadn't had any recent tests done. I explained to him about the knots in my muscles and the deep achy pain I was experiencing. Dr. Ward suggested it might be muscle pain, possibly related to my fibromyalgia. Despite me telling him that the fibromyalgia meds weren't helping with my back pain, Dr. Ward said he couldn't do anything and referred me to Dr. Cook. I was having horrible neck pain, with tingling and numbness into my fingertips. Dr. Ward was immediately very dismissive of my concerns. Apparently you have to give him 1or 2 word answers or he will cut you off and repeat his question. I brought an X-ray file with me that he said he was “unable” to open on his computer (though I didn’t even see him attempt to open it) He was also texting on his personal cell phone during our visit.
