I have to be one of the worst Patient’s when it comes to Dental Work, but I am so relieved I have finally found one of the best Dentist’s ever. Dr. Zapien is the most caring, compassionate, and thorough Dentist in Denver. His staff is amazing, and you can tell they have complete respect for him. They are a rip off. I was a new patient and waited to get an appointment about 2 months. Then when I get there, Zapien says he can’t let the hygienist clean my teeth trying to push me to do deep cleaning and more. Then, the front desk staff won’t provide me with a copy of the receipt, I had to ask them several times, then the lady kept saying “insurance will cover everything” don’t worry about it, you can go!!! I insisted till I finally get the copy to keep for my record. Then, eventually I see my claim and the cost came in ... read more
