Dr Z has been my dentist for the last 15 years or so and I can’t imagine a better experience with another dentist. He provides excellent care, speaks in a way that is reassuring and calm and informative. His staff are always courteous and smiling and there is a very nice family atmosphere amongst the employees. His rates are very reasonable and he does his absolute best to work with anyone that walks thru his doors.
I have to be one of the worst Patient’s when it comes to Dental Work, but I am so relieved I have finally found one of the best Dentist’s ever. Dr. Zapien is the most caring, compassionate, and thorough Dentist in Denver. His staff is amazing, and you can tell they have complete respect for him. They are a rip off. I was a new patient and waited to get an appointment about 2 months. Then when I get there, Zapien says he can’t let the hygienist clean my teeth trying to push me to do deep cleaning and more. Then, the front desk staff won’t provide me with a copy of the receipt, I had to ask them several times, then the lady kept saying “insurance will cover everything” don’t worry about it, you can go!!!
