They are a rip off. I was a new patient and waited to get an appointment about 2 months. Then when I get there, Zapien says he can’t let the hygienist clean my teeth trying to push me to do deep cleaning and more. Then, the front desk staff won’t provide me with a copy of the receipt, I had to ask them several times, then the lady kept saying “insurance will cover everything” don’t worry about it, you can go!!! Make sure all appointments are clearly spelled out. They will charge you for missed appointments. Even if you called
Nice people but lost faith in them. Be clear in communication is my only advice.
