When I went here, they had a 100 panel and a 300 panel skin test for allergies. Apparently my insurance only partially covers the 100 panel and doesn’t cover the 300 panel at all, so I went with the 100 panel one. They were going to do 60 on my back and 20 per arm, however, after doing 60 on my back, each and every one of them swelled up to coin sized welts or bigger (this lasted 2 weeks), my throat closed and I could not breathe. I can’t speak to Dr. Louie personally, but his staff is terrible. I was referred to Dr. Louie by my ENT, but due to insurance requirements, the official referral had to come from my PCP. My ENT specifically told me to wait until his notes were completed so that Dr. Louie’s office would have all the necessary information. Then, Dr. Louie’s office called and left me a message to return their call. When I did, the front desk had no idea what I was talking about or which referral I was referring to. I absolutely love Dr Louie and the other healthcare professionals that we have seen there. The only thing I really, really dislike is the ridiculously extended wait times. 1-2 hours is typical, before you even see a doctor. We’ve had to be in the office for up to 3 hours because of the wait times. I love them, but this is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

He found my cancer with a test only his specialty would screen for profilactically. Saved my life. Since it was discovered I have been blessed with no symptoms 12 years later. Have been on chemo and in remission all this time.
