My mom had an absolute brutal experience with this man. He nicked a bile duct when removing her gallbladder and then completely dismissed her pain when she was in agony from bile emptying into her abdominal cavity. He called her a baby and blamed it on her being a smoker. It wasn’t until I took her to the ER that we found out what was wrong even though we visited him multiple times before prior.
