Worst experience I have ever had in my life regarding a dr office. Lazy assistants, no follow up, I called a million times to get someone to answer and left messages that were never returned. I had to make sure a referral was sent and took 2 weeks for that to happen while I have been in pain! Spoke with the Rockford office and was met with rude service over the phone.
