I’ve been seeing Dr. Steven Turner at Garner Internal Medicine for years now. I’ve recommended this practice and Dr. Turner to all of my family, friends, and co workers. I appreciate that they do not over schedule their day, so they see you at your scheduled time. They also take the time to spend with you vs. herding you through like other practices.

Dr. Karen Mayer was extremely rude. In a matter of minutes after meeting her, she asked me a question, then interrupted me and told me I talk too much. I relocated to the Raleigh area and visited this office several times, seeing a PA on those occasions. I thought I found my new family doctor. After meeting Dr. Mayer, I started the search again.
