Amy was the person who checked me into the room and her bubbly personality put me at ease. She was friendly and immediately made me feel comfortable. She was super sweet and you can tell she just loves her job!

All the staff at Virtua Urgent Sewell at approximately 8pm on 07/21/25 are exceptional. They were very professional & polite as they treated by daughter. (Diane, Kiara, Tanayshia, Mikayla, Amy & Dr Morel). Crystal at the front desk was extremely patient and polite to my daughter & patient, Sheila Smith, who receives medical services from the Risen Center while she gathered her thoughts and medical information as she is trying to advocate more for herself independently of me.

I went there on Monday for a very bad sore throat from an autoimmune condition. Everyone was very nice from the front desk to the doctor however, the medicine she prescribed. methylprednisolone a very high dose Made me very, very sick I broke out in a horrible clammy sweat thought I was going to pass out had diarrhea untill early the next morning I had to go to the ER.
