This is my go to Urgent care location for times when my PC can't be seen. I have had nothing but excellent experience each time. Especially with the provider-Michela Michigan! She is a caring, polite, easy to understand practitioner.
Came in with an ear ache. Greeted by AWESOME office assistances Kristina and Crystal. Very kind, compassionate and attentive. Looked out for me to make sure I got the best care. MEdical assistance s Karissa , Raj and Kiara were phenomenal. The doctor Melissa took excellent care of me. This is the place to go when you need compassion help!
Sadly, I did not have a helpful or productive experience. I went in on a Monday for what I believe (and my 30 years of experience of getting them) was a sinus infection. I was told it was not and had to run its course. After five days, I called and requested the zpak I requested that day and was told I would have to come in for a re-evaluation. I came in with a seasonal issue because my pcp cant see me for over months which is bs! Another disappointing visit, I came here on Friday complaining of a headache, cough, sore throat, congestion and they tested me. I was negative for everything, but I told them I was not feeling well, they did not send out my results to a lab just in case 2 of my siblings came back positive with strep and on top of that I told them my symptoms started 2 days ago and for some reason they put down 7 days since I started the symptoms which was entirely false.
