Agree. This is my 3rd day contacting this office. I finally got some one to answer and all she said was "HOLD" then clicked over... I didn't even get to say.. Okay no problem or better yet leave her my number for the 3rd time and wait for a call back. Horrible. I've now been on hold for 14 mins and 07 seconds writing this review. I hope they read this fast and make necessary changes before they lose more business.
Getting a follow up appointment at this place is horrible. They don't turn on their phones the hours the answering service says they should have their phones on and that's after they open and around lunch. When I call in between those times I'm left on hold and never get through. I've left a message with the offices answering service for the office manager to call me back since I was having a hard time making an appointment and I never heard anything back.
