I went to see Dr. Bardfield to get an EMG to evaluate carpal tunnel. There was a mix up and I thought he was going to follow up with me and come up with a treatment plan. But I found out he doesn't do that because he works with spine/neck. He was just going to do the test only. At first I was upset, but he was so nice and helped me so much! I’ve been suffering (not in silence) with mid to lower back pain for almost 10 years. I know there is no magic cure. I also know sometimes it takes repeated injections to get it to work. My first round I had done once healed was amazing. Sadly I have to (already left my message and they always call you right back) to set up round two. Best surgeon by fare the best care I’ve ever received in that place they were so insightful on every issue I was having with my back and with my shoulder I would give them ten stars for sure on service from the doctors and staff .
At 77 years old, this is the worst doctor experience I have ever had in my life. I chose Dr. Bardfield out of three (3) possibilities. The visit was ok but the office visit treatment did absolutely nothing to relieve my affliction. Then I got an outrageous bill that I had to fight to correct. My normal office visit to see a specialist is $25. Ok, but an additional $299 was tacked on for some bogus charge that I had to fight to remove.
