We just started seeing Dr. Faulks after moving to Hendersonville. Very friendly, knowledgeable doctor! In our experience, the office does a good job of staying on schedule both of us were seen right on time!
Dr Faulks has been treating my family for several years. He is always thoughtful, attentive, and thorough. The support staff ensures prompt communication and response.
Dr. Faulks is communicative, answers my questions, and has good availability for appointments. I would highly recommend him.
Poor communications led to my loss of medical care confidence and trust in this doctor. When I became concerned about a prescription diagnoses, this doctor told me he was the doctor, he went to medical school and he doesn't have to read or look at anything I bring to my appointment. I became concerned about my health care and felt my inputs to my medical care were irrelevant and unimportant to him. The best solution was to find another Primary Care Physician. In good conscience I cannot recommend this doctor.
