He is the most compassion ate Dr . I have ever met. He has literally gone the extra mile for me and I will always be greatful. His entire staff are amazing and Michelle the Audiologist is also wonderful !
It has taken me a few months to write this because I needed to process everything. I saw Dr. West for what was/is a highly suspicious thyroid nodule. It is very upsetting to think that you have cancer! He did a biopsy in his office which was not ultrasound guided and it yielded non-diagnostic results (meaning it wasn't a good sample). I had to then wait 6 WEEKS thinking I probably had cancer before I could get an ultrasound guided biopsy that was done correctly. Dr. West is a great doctor. He is extremely thorough, has a wonderful bedside manner and really listens to his patient.
After waiting over a month I was given wrong directions and after talking to a county officer on the street I was able to find the office I arrived 15 minutes I rudely talked to and was told I would not be able to see the doctor. I have a trip planned to go to Italy but I needed my nose set and depended on this doctor but it was a very big disappointment. So I will not recommend this doctor at all.
