I generally have had struggles with Optum due to difficulty getting appointments and feeling rushed in primary care. I recently had a procedure with Doctor Helft, and was completely pleasantly surprised with the care I received from the second I walked in the front door. From the receptionist to the nurses to the doctor and anesthesiologist, all provided kind, competent, and professional care.
