With the lone exception of the initial consult, I have never felt that Dr. Helft had much interest in my care. I had to fight for appointments after tests, and callbacks were mostly from office representatives. I am in almost constant pain and discomfort. Dr.Helft has, once again, completely dropped the ball. Dr Helft is the most honest and genuine doctor I have encountered in any speciality. He is a one-of-a-kind physician who truly cares about his patients and goes the extra mile to ensure they are taken care of. He always takes time to listen to my concerns at length and has helped me when other doctors and treatments have failed to. The nursing staff is also very caring and attentive.
I am so frustrated with this medical office. My requests for follow up on pathology reports have not been responded to - despite multiple messages, despite "urgent" being placed on the phone messages. It is been a month since my procedures. Don't tell patients that they will get follow up within 2 weeks when it has been 4; don't put "please allow for 48 hours for response" when the wait time is longer.
Dr Helft is a compassionate Dr. who cares about his patients. He is a rare breed! An exceptional Doctor!I recommend him all the time
Doctor Helft listens to all concerns. I wouldn't want anyone else doing this procedure but him.
