Great doctor. Terrible staff. I call a week a head for prescription refills knowing it is not a speedy process with the Silver Creek office. I called again a week later because there wasn’t anything at the pharmacy yet. I expected the refills to be ready the next time I called. They were not. Now a family member will be without a vital drug over the weekend because Someone isn’t dong their job!
I saw them last Tuesday, because I was really sick. I didn't have the flu, so I didn't get any medication. I still had a fever 5 days later. They refused to see me again.
I am very happy with Dr. Barnes both due to excellence of care and due to his positive, upbeat attitude. I recommend him to anyone with no hesitation. I've been a patient of him for many years.
