The doctor did call and we discussed this after this all occurred, and thankful for his call. But We called five five times today to make an appointment and we were trying to talk the clerks, Who ?? then transferred us to the Trish with billing, Who talked over us, and just Frustrated even more….. we never even got an appointment we were referred to this doctor. I am so shocked to see all these horrible reviews. I have done my second 10 years colonoscopy and endoscopy with Dr. Fayne. But the only thing is that I didn’t see the doctor while I was checked in. Nurses and going inside for procedures either saw doctor. Don’t really know who did my procedure cause I met with nurses and some students but did not see doctor. When I woke from anesthesia never saw doctor either.

I accompanied my mother to her colonoscopy appointment, and unfortunately, Dr. Steven Fayne did not greet us upon arrival. He simply handed us the paperwork to complete. When he inquired about previous exams, I informed him that they had been done in Colombia, to which he responded that if they were from Colombia, they were not valid.
