First time at office here to see dr. Wayne in the lobby for wait is unorganized you have people in the reach across the other patient to get there sign in sheet turned in instead of the front desk worker to have everyone in line I was in line the couple just walked in and signed the paper in reached across me that's way to rude for comfort please get some order on lobby thanks
He is a caring Dr he explains things clearly. He is late arriving for the procedure.
Arrogant as hell. Horrendous visit. I went there with stomach bloating and constipation. He never even examined me. Just took notes, told me to eat fiber and lose a lot of weight. When I inquired about doing imaging tests of my abdominal area I was abruptly brushed aside like I was a waste of his time. Don't ever go to this doctor. Ever.
The doctor did call and we discussed this after this all occurred, and thankful for his call. But We called five five times today to make an appointment and we were trying to talk the clerks, Who ?? then transferred us to the Trish with billing, Who talked over us, and just Frustrated even more….. we never even got an appointment we were referred to this doctor.
