I am so shocked to see all these horrible reviews. I have done my second 10 years colonoscopy and endoscopy with Dr. Fayne. But the only thing is that I didn’t see the doctor while I was checked in. Nurses and going inside for procedures either saw doctor. Don’t really know who did my procedure cause I met with nurses and some students but did not see doctor. When I woke from anesthesia never saw doctor either.

I accompanied my mother to her colonoscopy appointment, and unfortunately, Dr. Steven Fayne did not greet us upon arrival. He simply handed us the paperwork to complete. When he inquired about previous exams, I informed him that they had been done in Colombia, to which he responded that if they were from Colombia, they were not valid. When a doctor's behavior towards a patient is poor, which can negatively impact the quality of care the patient received. they is a name for it....Bad bedside manner.
Allie in the Office is great, I wish other support staff in other Doctors Offices were half as good.
