Caution!!! Please read this detailed complaint in the St Louis Mo BBB first! They are so friendly while desperately trying to "fill a chair" with an appointment. It was deceitful. The staff certified my insurance and quoted my contribution to both my referring dentist and myself, based on their own verification. They even made a copy of my insurance prior to the procedure. They have been both dishonest and arrogant in trying to demand the $420 that remains from their mistake and lack of training
Dr. Chod is like magic. The staff is so friendly it feels like family. I have had more than four root canals with him and can honestly say they have each been totally painless. I always say that I have had pedicures that are more painful. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend.
My experience with Dr. Chod was even better than 5 stars. His staff was great, fitting me in as an emergency for a root canal. Dr. Chod was excellent, explained fully what he was going to do. The procedure was by far the most pleasant dental experience of my life. Quite painless and no pain afterwards. I had immediate relief of my symptoms. Very highly recommended!
