I was forced to switch doctors when I turned 65 because of Medicaid and insurance. I was very sad and still am because I've never found a better doctor than Dr Chae. Never rushed me out of his office & you never argued politics with me, and we all get to have our own opinions. I'm very sad that I haven't found a doctor that was as great as him, I have found no one near as helpful as he was, I'm still sad and he's a great doctor.
Like another reviewer on here, I have been trying to get in contact with Dr. Chae for over a month. Specialists have been trying to get in touch with him with no success. I’ve called multiple times and get a generic answering service that insists I will get a call back within the hour - I’ve never received any type of call back. Google says the office is temporarily closed but zero notice went out to patients of his and I went to the office today and the door is locked. I having been calling over a month to request my medical records they will not release or give me my son and I medical history this is so ridiculous ,degrading, and he is Asthmatic. I am devastated wish I never went to this Practice!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Can't get a hold of the office for appointments or past records for myself or my child. Nobody returns calls and the doors are locked during business hours. Sketchy and unreliable.
I have been a patient of Dr. Chae for over 5 yrs. I have received excellent care in all these years I've been with him! I have been through Thyroid cancer, long haulers Covid, high blood pressure and other things, he has been very professional, compassionate and understanding with me! I would highly recommend him. Thank you Dr. Chae for all you patience and understanding
