Dr. Ugnaruha’s has a poor bedside manner and his office staff is very unprofessional. They scheduled a colonoscopy for my husband and didn’t call in the prep for the procedure. When my husband called the office to remind them to call in the script, the staff never called the script in. This has been the worst doctor and office staff experience that my husband has ever experienced.
Dr. Aruba is a good doctor and his office staff is very nice but they Are terrible at returning calls. When you call the office most of the time you get the answering machine and told to leave a message and they will return your call but they never do. Dr. Ugbarugba Prescribed a medication to my CVS Pharmacy and the pharmacy called them to try to get clarification on an issue with the medication so they can fill it. Wonderful personality Kind Considerate
Worst staff ever. No return calls and I have been calling since Friday. I have a colonscopy scheduled for Wed today is Monday 3:30 pm. No rx submitted or instructions received. Canceling and finding a new doctor where calls are returned and patients matter.
Was referred to this place by the hospital and was given the run around by the front desk. First wouldn't make an appointment until they figured out if I had ppo or hmo insurance... it doesn't matter! I have insurance and will be paying the copay. Then it was they wouldn't make an appointment until they received the referral. The hospital already informed me that they sent them an email 2 days ago.
