Your prescription renewal process is significantly lacking!!! 3 request from my pharmacy and 4 phone calls to the office myself with cumulatively over an hour and a half of hold time and still no one helping me while I’m out of medication. Please address this problem!!!
Dr. Lieu has a great personality, even when I'm sick, he makes me feel great.. Dr. Lieu He's always on time with my medication, I never have to call for a refill. Thank you for paying attention Dr. Lieu, you have my blessing. 🙏
I’ve had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Lieu for 16 years at the time of this review. He is competent, caring and professional. If all doctors acted in the same manner as him healthcare would be a lot better off.
Dr lieu was such a disappointment he forgot to order a urine analysis & I got him before I left. They failed to order it. When I went for blood work had to wait as he never ordered it the 2nd request. They do the test comes back positive & they failed to culture. Not only did they have me down for physical they wanted to do Wellness check = more money.
