Dr. lieu is a very competent physician and has empathy for his patients.
Terrible medical service and inefficient staff. There are blatant errors in appointments, coding, billing, and all are evident in the patient portal. From staff notes that state "appointment made in error" to doctor's notes asking nurses "what is your assessment/plan" because it was never addressed during the actual visit. You then have an elderly senior in his 70s drive an hour to your clinic because you made an "appointment in error" and charge him out of pocket for a visit that was unnecessary. Dr Lieu is a outstanding physician, very professional, and truly cares about the welfare of his patients.
Dr. Lieu has been my PCP for the last 20 years. He is kind and compassionate. An excellent physician who is smart and competent. He’s a real one and will tell you what you need to hear. I have moved and still drive over an hour to see him.
