I began seeing Dr. Kimmel around 2022. He’s clearly intelligent and knowledgeable in his field. However, over the last year, I noticed that during both in-person and Zoom visits, he often repeated himself and didn’t provide clear answers regarding my diagnosis—even after extensive blood work and multiple X-rays. The doctors are great but the office team is the worst starting with the office manager. They will not respond to emails, will not help you with issues in between appointments. They just don’t care. Very unfortunate
Dr. Steven Kimmel is probably the most knowledgeable rheumatologist I know and my only regret is not finding him sooner. Since the initial consult, Dr. Kimmel was able to give me a more accurate picture of my disease process and what to look out for in the future.
