The doctors are great but the office team is the worst starting with the office manager. They will not respond to emails, will not help you with issues in between appointments. They just don’t care. Very unfortunate
Dr. Steven Kimmel is probably the most knowledgeable rheumatologist I know and my only regret is not finding him sooner. Since the initial consult, Dr. Kimmel was able to give me a more accurate picture of my disease process and what to look out for in the future. even though the secretary couldn’t help me because she’ll take my insurance. She was very nice and I would refer anyone to them.
Dr Kimmel and his office staff are some of the worst in the state of Florida. Dr Kimmel books appointments with you and then pushes you off to his PAs. when you make an appointment to see him he makes you wait for hours like he’s some kind of God. Absolutely one of the worst staff in the history of doctor’s offices. Not one person has half an ounce of a brain pathetic for the medical field.
