Due to the type of insurance that I have the lady was so rude to me. I'm a new patient. I never went there in my life. She doesn't even know me and the person that answers the phone. Dr. Kimmel’s 1st appointment was incredible! He spent 1 hr. With me. Dr. Kimmel is a brilliant doctor, well-versed in a focus on the whole body. & a goal of helping every patient feel better? And his leadership skills show in all the staff, especially when you walk in and meet at the front window! To be continued, I see him for second appointment. Follow up today. I began seeing Dr. Kimmel around 2022. He’s clearly intelligent and knowledgeable in his field. However, over the last year, I noticed that during both in-person and Zoom visits, he often repeated himself and didn’t provide clear answers regarding my diagnosis—even after extensive blood work and multiple X-rays. He prescribed two different medications, both of which made me extremely ill—causing vomiting, severe headaches, and more. I felt like a guinea pig.
