Very well taken care of on all fronts from Dr. Kaiser. Nice, thorough, respectful.
We have had Dr Kaiser as our GI doctor for years and will keep coming back. He is thorough, knowledgeable, kind, listening to our concerns and addressing our questions. He follows up on tests he has ordered and shows genuine concern and interest in questionable labs or tests. He does all the endoscopies and colonoscopies but will refer to specialists for more complex issues. His office staff have always been nice and considerate. Highly recommend him!
Doctor Kaiser said he cannot help me and the office said they cannot refer me to someone who can. I have to find a doctor now that knows what they are doing.
He is personal and professional. The processure was done seemlessly, and he checked in with me before and after surgery. I recommend him to my husband and friends for the future. He is a great Doctor.
