Dr. Kaiser has been my gastroenterologist for the past 10 years. He has treated me for ulcerative colitis. He is attentive and listens to my concerns about my condition and has collaborated with me when making decisions about my treatment. He and his staff are very diligent at monitoring my test results and will contact me in a timely manner. He is considerate of the costs of my medications and has worked with me in my choices. I am very happy that I chose Dr. Kaiser for my digestive care.
One thing I'd never have to do at his office is wait. He's usually pretty prompt on seeing me. His staff is always cheerful and helpful. Explains things to me that a guy off the street can understand. I thank God I have a doctor.
