Overall i was very happy with the front desk and other staff
Very friendly staff. Gave detailed instructions, very knowledgeable.
Dr. Kaiser takes time with his patients, listens, and helps…while managing to start appointments on time or very minimal wait time. Getting messages to him with a response has also been easy. His staff is also warm and professional. Great experience each visit. Would highly recommend him and his practice.
I have been seeing DR Kaiser for my GI care for over a year now and appreciate his ability to explain and listen to my concerns. Everyone involved in the care of the patient is responsible and accountable and very caring and competent. I appreciate the support that the doctor and his staff provide.
I started seeing Dr. Easier about 3 years back after an issue with my old GI office. Recently I was admitted into the office through the ER. Dr. Kaiser got me into the office quickly for follow up and took time to explain everything and reassure me. He has never made me feel he was in a hurry. I recommend him and his office highly
