I visited Dr. Sotman for a bad bacterial infection and I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. Dr. Sotman was on the right track trying to keep me out of the hospital and get me healthy when I was worried about other things. Dr. Sotman provides excellent care and knowledgeable advise. He takes time to explain the diagnosis and treatment options. All of his staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
Needed treatment for cellulitis infections on leg that has lympdedema. After waiting an1 hour and 45 minutes to see the doctor, he spent less than 5 minutes with me and said it was discoloration. The blistering, infection and itching were never treated. I guess he thought my primary care doctor just referred me to him to waste my time and money.
Completely unacceptable. The staff are extremely unhelpful and obstinate to the point of rudeness. They seem to think their job is to keep patients FROM seeing the Doctor. They refuse to allow direct communication with the Doctor. They don't understand the medical process and are completely inflexible - normally a sure sign of incompetence. Unless you know the Doctor is worth the pain of dealing with his staff - and particularly the office "manager," go elsewhere.
Would recommend this Dr. Been a patient of Dr. Sotman for 20 plus years, One of the very best.
A+ He's been my Doctor since 2008 . Friendly/Courteous . Just an all around Great Dr. Never had any issues . Nurses and staff are Courteous and Helpful.
Dr. Sotman's office took over 3 weeks to get a simple blood test result to me, even after I called 3 times.
