Having called this office multiple times only to be put on hold for 5-10 minutes every time you call. A front desk person by name of Kyle had spoken to me in a completely rude tone the entire time while not even responding in a clear manner when having asked only a few simple questions. He hung up before I had even finished speaking. Very confused as to why it’s acceptable for front desk receptionists using rude tone of voice only to hang up on patients without clarifying their question at hand.
