Had a great experience with Dr Hilton today.
Recently had to get a cyst popped under my arm and although it was a painful procedure Dr Hilton reassured me the whole time and he kept asking if I’m okay throughout the time I was crying and screaming , I’ve never felt more cared for by an ER doctor than I did that day , he truly deserves some kind of recognition for it. If you’re reading this Thank you so much for all that you do Dr Hilton and your amazing team of nurses as well . I love mercy
Amazing doctor, took me and my pain seriously , granted he saw me at my worst after a car accident. Explained everything so good made sure we didn’t have any questions, recommended options to help with the broken fingers on both hands. He is so caring and considerate I have never ever had an ER doctor who was so kind and compassionate. Mercy is extremely lucky to have him !! I wish he had a private practice 100% he would be my PCP !! I just can’t say enough good things about him .

Didn’t take me seriously. Asked me what was wrong and interrupted me half way through. I said it was nerve pain, he said “no, it’s muscle.” It is not and that’s been proven by doctors since. Despite the fact that I was in excruciating pain, he acted like I was faking it. I’m 100% sure my health issues would have been fixed by now if there were less doctors like this guy.
