I got my Invisalign treatment from Dr. Steve almost 5 years ago now and my teeth have never looked better. The whole team is very professional and kind. As soon as you walk in all the receptionists know who you are just by looking at your face, underlying the care they take for their customers. For any single appointment Dr. Steve was always there checking on you and always up for a little chat. After sleep issues and seeing our ENT numerous times Dr Stramotas picked up that a narrow pallet was the cause of our son’s grinding, mouth breathing and sleep deprivation. His dental plan made so much sense and within 3 months we had a relaxed and happy boy. The clinic it’s self is so well run with 2 receptionist and early appointments we never missed an apt or class. Dr Stramotas is always there and his staff are wonderful . Highly recommend .
I had arrived late to my appointment due to some complications with traffic and parking. Upon being greeted in, I told Eric, an excellent young dental assistant, that I had to drive down for an exam taking place later that day in Canberra where I study. Don’t go near this guy. I had an absolutely terrible experience with Dr. Stamotos. He destroyed my son's teeth and left them worse than before. On top of that, he overcharged us, far beyond what was initially quoted. To make matters worse, he was extremely rude and dismissive whenever we raised concerns. I would never recommend him to anyone. Stay away if you value your dental health and wallet!
I am so impressed with Dr Steve Stramotas and his lovely team. I was recommended by one of my friends and was blown away. The staff are all amazing and so welcoming. My cousin went to see him and his team a few months after when I told her how professional their team was. I’m 35 and my teeth bothered me and I knew I had to do something about them but didn’t want to wear braces on the outside of my teeth.
